These works are crafted digitally using vector drawing applications to bend lines to my will
— a slow form of drawing! I employ this technique to achieve a mechanical appearance,
usually in contrast to the subject matter.
I have some of these works printed on aluminium to enhnce the modern, "mechanical" appearance.
Others are printed on acrylic sheet (Perspex. Oroglas, Plexiglass, etc.) to give a high-tec, glossy
finish which enhances the colours.
Nevertheless, they are mostly playful pieces, not intended to be taken too seriously...
